Haven't been to this location recently at all because it generally seems disappointing in terms of both service and food quality. My father even warned me about this location a few months ago, which solidified why I should stay away. Eating stuff that's not prepared well can mess you up and it's just not worth the risk. Might as well just go to another Burger King if you have a taste for something.
Bought my food online and arrived here at 7pm on a Wednesday. BOTH DOORS ARE LOCKED AND the employee inside refuses to answer the intercom at the drive thru. Been knocking, beeping and calling the number for 20 mins. I would of drove off If I did not already pay for my food online. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and will NEVER come to this location again !!!!
Greetings! This store has zero people skills. I just called and ask were they hiring and she said yes. But as soon as I ask her for the info to apply she rudely hung up on me. So I turned around and called back so I can get the info, no one would answer the phone.
Horrible place. They lie about being out of things so they don't have to make it. The place is never busy but the staff r too busy to help you. 0 stars, shame on the GM of this location.
Ordered two small fries & a bacon chicken sandwich with jalapeños on the side. The food itself was normal, not horrible. The reason I’m giving this a 3 star is because the drive through took over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got up to the window.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. The service is abysmal from the cashiers to the manager with the bad wig and bifocals. Food always comes out to you cold and rubbery if you don’t ask for it to be made fresh and if you do ask for that you’ll surely be met with attitude from the staff at the window as if you owe them favor for simply doing the job that they’re getting paid to do. I’ve not once been genuinely satisfied with the service or food from this place and unfortunately, it’s the only BK in Merrillville. EXTREMELY GHETTO DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I went today at around 8:30 pm ordered an #1 no cheese and was told they was out of fries so they gave me onion rings i also had #2 with onion ring long story short they uad no come no ketchup no fries and the burgers and onion rings was cold and my burger the#2 patty was nasty burnt .... They need more RESPONSSIBLE people there cause if im going to spend money there food yas to be good ... Step up your game people and dont have attitude you choose that job .. if you dont want to work well dont ..SMH A WASTE LITERALLY A WASTE OF MONEY .......
This location seems to disappoint on a regular basis. You’d think with such a long wait, your food would be hot, but my food and many others’ is always lukewarm or cold. Even when they get my order right which they don’t, most of the time, my fries are ice cold or my burger feels like it hasn’t even been cooked yet, or my onion rings are mercilessly overcooked. There’s always something wrong with my order, ranging from the accuracy of my order or the quality of the food I recieve. I haven’t had a fully positive experience at this location since 2019.
Wasn't helped and stood for over 5 minutes waiting to order at the counter while one employee was yelling meanly at another employee. 3 more peope walked in while i waited for my food and they were never helped. Took like 10 more minutes to get my burger and they turned the lights off as they handed the bag over while people in the lobby had to leave because I guess they felt like closing at 8:45. One of the crazier experiences I've had at a fast food chain besides the taco bell by my house where the homeless population has taken over.
daaawg, my husband ordered me a spicy deluxe sandwich & thz mfrks gave me this DRY A** rubbery plain chicken sandwich talkn bout they made it fresh i’m LIVID!!!!!!
