I've been going to this gym for 3 months now and it is the best gym experience I've had. Erin and Michelle, the trainers, are professional and fun. I was hooked after the intro class which promoted proper technique and safety. There is an emphasis on core/full body strength and fitness. The exercises are adaptable for beginners, to more advanced techniques for those looking for a challenge. If you are looking for a gym which stands out from the rest, I'd consider attending an intro class at Ignite. Truly 5 stars!
