IGA Three Hills

I am happy we have a store in town, but it is a far cry from the jewel it used to be. If you plan to go shopping be prepared for long checkout lines and limited selection. Pricing on sale items is competitive but anything else requires you to go out of town for reasonable pricing.

This store is on average highly overpriced, very often out of stock on key items and the produce quality is terrible. Evidence of freezing many items that should not be frozen as well. This store is the definition of what a badly run store can be. Shop elsewhere such as farm basket as often as you can. Might be time to get into contact with IGA head offices as the practices and general treatment of the community is unacceptable.

Vastly overpriced. Wait times to get to a till can be pretty atrocious. Produce is gross with minimal selection. Seem to be struggling to keep things properly stocked. If something is gone, it's often gone for a while. Only positive is most of the staff are absolute gems. Far better to go to the Farm Basket and get amazing, fresh local products for similar prices - produce is actually cheaper.

Always friendly and helpful people. Alway tidy and good produce and meats.

A great place to buy food, see friends & do some visiting.

The staff are all friendly, the prices are out of whack. Soft cat food I buy is double anywhere else. Chicken was double the price of a smaller towns fresh market.

Produce was great. Service was wonderful. I was disappointed as an out of town visitor and mother of two children ineligible for vaccination, that there wasn't a single mask being worn throughout the store. I did appreciate the hand sanitizer at the entrance and the thorough cleaning of the check out.

Extremely over priced. Cheaper to drive an hr round trip with fuel cost than to do a grocery shop here.

We tried to get the deli lady to help us but she said she had to cut up chicken and didn’t help. We left
