Great service, friendly staff. They knew my name after just one visit. They are always helpful and ready to chat while serving you at the counter. They go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. They don't only do tires either, I've also had brakes, oil changes, and hub replacement done there. In Ontario, my Kal tire, only does tire install, rotation, and seasonal switches. There is no mechanic.
After collecting 7 tire quotes it was Kal Tire that offered the lowest quote. They did a wheel alignment and installed 4 new truck tires in 2 hours and the quote was honored. Great service at the Three Hill shop!

I needed to have my winter tires swapped for the summer tires that Kal Tire had in storage for me. They were quick and efficient and looked after replacing bolts and nuts no charge, checked my windshield wipers, advised me that the winter tires would do for another season. Service was greagt.

Kal Tire in Three Hills, Alberta is underrated. I'm not exaggerating when I say 5 stars is not enough. Twice I've been there now and my experience has been nothing short of fully informative, friendly, professional and all around valuable. My old work van is driving great. I'm happy to give them my money.
On Wednesday July 8th, I had an appointment with Three Hills Kal Tire to get an oil change. The lady I spoke with was very nice. She asked me if I wanted synthetic oil and I said no. I would like high mileage oil as my car is old and lots of Kms. Okay! Went to appt. and done very quickly. I went to pay and said this is the cheapest I have had to pay?? Wondering why? She checked my previous bill and said it was the same oil. 5 w 30! I said I am confused. I wanted high mileage oil?? I said it’s okay I will pay my bill! Still confused?? Then I get home and get a call from the owner. He said, I hear there was some confusion about your oil change?? I said yes, but my fault as I misunderstood synthetic oil!!! He said well why don’t you come back tomorrow and we will swap out your old oil for synthetic, at no charge!! I was amazed!! Super customer service!! I really appreciated the call and concern from him! Went there Thursday and said I hope I didn’t get anybody in trouble. Meaning the ladies. They were both so apologetic and understanding. Even though I admitted it was my fault!! No problem they said! I would totally recommend this Kal Tire Service Centre to anybody!! Thank you Kal Tire!! Impeccable customer service!! 5 star rating!!
