IGA extra Supermarché Picard inc.

I had a horrible experience today. I rarely go to this IGA in particular. Today, I was doing errands in the area, and I chose to get a few things there. At the checkout, I was wondering if the machine took cash, I asked the guy working there. In a rude way, he did not even answer me, he kept pointing to a paper sign that says they do not accept cash. If I had seen the sign, I would not have asked the question. This is quite disrespectful, that's not the way to treat your customers. This is my first time back after a year, it's not like I'm a regular customer that knows everything about the store. I will not be shopping there again, i don't have to tolerate rudeness.

Spending thousands of dollars here each year, but today was the last shopping visit. I entered to get some coffee, but ended up with more things in my hands. One of your employees blocked a cashier island with 2 carts, one empty and one full with water jugs. I realized I needed more things, so I decided to use the empty cart. This guy starts yelling that the carts are to block the cashier island, and I can not touch them.nEnded up just paying and leaving with the items I had in hand. I can deal with a lot, but not with p!ss poor customer service.nReading other reviews, it seems to be the norm here

Very bad service half hour waiting in chicken frit section and then madam was working there speaking not gentle.. last time so bad service

Recently bought meats and they were expired. The sandwich meats expire faster than the dates indicated. Look over the expiration date before buying as there have been times where they are selling expired products. Self check out is a pain and very slow. Use to be a weekly consumer, I have now decided to avoid and shop else where.

This is a shop suspected of fraudulent sales. It sets many barriers for customers to purchase special products that IGA does not advertise, such as limiting the number of purchases. Other IGAs have no restrictions. The pictures below were taken elsewhere. When I made a protest to them, they drove me away. This is serious racial discrimination. I reserve the right to object.
