Esso

Bought a car wash at Esso for the first time in my life just for the points on my card cause I had some time to kill before work. Machine doesn't work, wasted almost 30 minutes with one of the staff members trying to fix it, no results, machine was still broken. So I asked for a refund which they refused to give me and told me to come back another day. I went to a different Esso closer to my place the next day to learn by surprise that their car wash tickets are only usable at the same Esso you bought it from. AT LEAST THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, otherwise I would never come back but hey, I still need gas for my car.

I don't get it: Sometimes I pass my esso points card and it works, other times they tell me they don't take it. And when they do refuse it, they always have to give me SOO much attitude and talk to me like I'm stupid. It's unbelieve how rude their can be... how can people like that even have jobs in the first place

Really bad service with really bad attitude. The manager need to hire better staff. Won't come back.
