Quality vs price is reasonable compared to other stores. The grocery shopping experience feels rushed, the cashiers want to rush you into packing all your things quickly enough so they can take other people. Why the rush? Your shift will finish at the same time it does even if I finish quickly packing for your speed.nIf your target audience is people that are in such rush then get automated cashier for those that are so fast and efficient and have no patience with parents or elders.nNo very customer service oriented.

Aisles are a little tight compared to the other discount grocery store. Apart from that, you can find some great prices and the quality is decent.nnCheckout was quick and easy. I don't think they have any self serve aisles though.

Very organized and clean. Shelves are restocked regularly unlike some maxis in montreal area where you have an impression to enter the store right after looters rode through it in some kind of an apocalyptic event

Classic Maxi. It's a bit small in size but has all the essentials.

Smaller than most Maxi stores, not the cleanest nor well-stocked, but ok. They run out of specials fast. I only get pantry items here. Staff is usually friendly.
