Very disorganized store. Half the vegetable and fruit section has no price or the wrong one. Staff is not helpful and usually makes you go back and forth between attendants. Prices are very high compared to the quality offered with small selections and a clear problem of stocking and organization. I urge management to take action!
I do my best to avoid this place but it being so close to home it cannot be avoided.. everything feels overpriced. The breads are sometimes frozen when they are on the shelf... It also seems very disorganized, with items that are similar being in different aisles. Only good part is self check out. Whenever I get fresh herbs or vegetables here they go bad much quicker than from other groceries
Great grocery, variety of product is awesome. Convenient to have free parking as well! Big downside though is overall service. There’s never anyone at the cashing counters, so you have to use the self checkout machines, which are HORRIBLE. I mean horriiiible. You need someone to come enter a code almost for every item. I love this grocery store for everything but that, but because of the subpar checkout experience that takes ages, will not return
Very good service. The prepared food s great but being in the old Montreal... everything is more expensive. I don't recommend it for weekly groceries but if you need something fast and of good quality, you should make a visit
Very bad grocerie, everything is too much expensive compared to other stores such as Adonis and Metro who have greater quality foods and with less expensive prices. The stuff are very rude except a Asian boy who helped me once to find the vegetables that I look for but I can't find him anymore. To sum up, I have been very disappointed about this store, I came here multiple time just because I live near it, but I think I would finally go back to Adonis.
Most corrupt business ever. They post lower prices and then charge much higher. I have corrected it so many times I am done with it. They do it with flyer too, charge on average 30-60% higher than the flyer price. Bought a bag of potatoes that was completely rotten and weeds were growing out of those potatoes, had to through it all. But then if people find it insulting to take their bill and look at what they are charged no wonder corrupt businesses thrive. We used to be civilized once I miss those days..!
The quality has degraded since the opening for sure. There are meat, fish items on the shelves which are expired. The butcher section is displaying items that are not fresh and there’s almost always nobody there. I’ve got a rotten/gone bad cheddar cheese once realized when I was unpacking it at home. Bakery is also not so fresh. Some of the staff speak zero English and give you hard time as they are not even aware of their job when serving you. There’s nobody at the cashiers most of the time. Overpriced in terms of compared to quality.
It was great when opened, now it became overprised with very tired fresh fish section. You still can find deals on meats and frozen products, but the offering is very limited.
A lot of items aren’t available here. The staff is very lazy and apathetic. They rarely have food orders ready, or correct. Walking over 20 minutes in the winter cold to pick up an order that no one even bothered to prepare is ridiculous !
The worst grocery store Ive ever been to. No service at the bakery or meat section. Huge lineups at the cash. No selection of any goods. Go to the Adonis or Metro in griffintown instead.
