Their furniture looks great and their website is sleek, but I can honestly say I would not recommend doing business with this company. Both of our items were delayed significantly and we were never notified. Had to call weeks later to figure out what was going on. One piece of the couch showed up with a damaged frame, and the chair we ordered in February we're still waiting on and it may not show up until July. Nickie the supervisor offered no apology or empathy for the very poor service. Definitely 1 star service.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!! I ordered my furniture piece back in October. Now 5 month later I am still waiting to get the right product. When I received my piece I was so shocked that the quality of the furniture was nothing like the pictures on their website or in their Youtube video. It looked like a cheaply made Chinese furniture Later I did find out their manufacturer is in China. I've been contacting them to get a replacement for my defective pieces, but the process has been just painful. You do not get customer service from them. Once you paid them the money they don't care any more. Especially the sales person Niki. She is not helpful and very very rude. There are so many better online furniture websites out there with way better customer services and better quality products. Do you waste your time and energy with them.

Wish I'd read the other reviews before I'd ordered. Also wish they had a "0" star. After waiting for over 3 months for my order to be manufactured, ,I emailed asking about ETA - told they just decided to discontinue the reproduction line. Guess if I hadn't asked, I'd be waiting for my chair forever. Don't buy from them - it's a waste of time and bad business on their part.

I went to their showroom at 5:30PM and was not allowed in because there was no one who can help me. What is the purpose of putting your hours online if there is no one available at that time? My frustration was compounded by watching their employees leave work at 5:30. I did not drive through rush hour traffic just to leave. I understand that perhaps an appointment may have been required, but please make that clear on the website as there is no indication of that anywhere.

Awesome selection of furniture. Ordered a couple of mid century arms chairs. Very happy with quality and how quickly we received them !

The company is a bunch of crooks, dont bother, the company owner jason is a very sketchy guy
