Ideal Image Providence

I've had the pleasure to work with multiple members of their staff and each has been awesome. I tried the same procedure elsewhere previously and did not feel like the quality of the service or the waybit was delivered was at all on this level.

I love the treatments (though expensive). A majority of the staff is friendly and respectful. My only frustration is their scheduling. In my opinion they don't leave enough room in their schedules for rescheduling. If I have to reschedule I'm pushed out usually 2 weeks to a month. Life happens and I hate being at the mercy of their inflexible schedule.

I liked the end results, but felt that the pain going through was much more than how it was explained when pitched to me. I also found that a lot of the people I had worked with there were not that friendly or understanding of the pain. Overall I found the procedure to be quite expensive.

They are extremely expensive for the same service you can get at any MediSpa. In the end... all my hair returned and they blamed it on hormones, not covered in their guarantee if you read the fine print. Don't make the same mistake I did... Go somewhere better for the kind of money that you will be spending.

Ideal Image has completely changed my life for the better. When I was a teenager I started to notice hair growing on my chin and other areas of my face. At first plucking was sufficient but over the years the hair got thicker and started growing in more places on my face. I then started shaving which just made things worse and I had to shave EVERYDAY!!! This made me depressed and very embarrassed to go out or see anyone. Eventually after struggling with this for 16+ years I decided to call Ideal Image and it was the BEST decision I have ever made. I am just over halfway through my treatments and it has made such a great difference. I no longer have to shave my face and the growth has just about stopped. My face is smooth I am not embarrassed to face the world without shaving or without makeup. The technicians that you have working for you are wonderful. They always make me feel comfortable and are extremely friendly. I wish I had done this sooner because it has made me so happy and I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say I am eternally grateful to Ideal Image and their staff. I cannot explain in words how this has helped me and my perception of myself. I feel like a woman again. Thank You So Much for everything you have done for me!!! Lifelong Grateful Customer, Heather H
