2 stars because they seem to know what they are doing. 2 stars because they were rude, condescending, and Dr. Wachter left the exam room and immediately told everyone outside it (in the back of the office, but in front of about 5 other employees) everything that happened in the exam- almost like she was making fun of me. I'm wanting to believe she wouldn't, being a cardiologist, but I felt she was very unprofessional with that. Maybe they should get soundproof doors if they want to discuss a patient with everyone.

I have been with Dr.Gormin for 2 years now and i have always received great care. Honest and insightful, I get the whole picture. Thanks and the staff is been friendly and helpful.

Literally almost killed me. Prescribed me medication that almost killed me and I left a voice mail every day for 2 weeks trying to get a hold of them. I stopped taking the meds after 3 days. Awful service. Now I can't even get a hold of them to pay their bill. Stay away from Dr. Chambers. Stay away from this place.

My experience with them has been horrible. I was seen 2 months ago and my insurance paid all but my copay. Since then I have received several bills saying my account is past due and I have called and tried to correct the situation several times. Joann in billing never returns my calls and when I have reached her, she ignores what I tell her and does nothing on her end to correct the mistake. I have called my insurance company and they told me the exact day and amount they paid and I have given that information to her and she refuses to do the necessary research to find the mistake on their end. To top it off today she hung up on me after I persisted asking a question she refused to answer.

I have tried four different times to schedule appointment with Gerlach. All four times the lady who answered the phone after pressing zero sounded like a very unhappy person who did not want to be working there and would rather be somewhere else. Also all four times she placed me on hold for scheduling and I would wait at least six minutes and nobody would answer.
