Dr. Browne is intelligent, professional, and courteous. However, his office is extremely poorly ran. If you call you will likely get a full voice mail. They do not return calls. They do not correctly refill prescriptions. They do not provide test results or feed back. If Dr. Browne does not resolve his office problems, I do not see how he will retain his practice. I am in the process of looking for a new doctor.

It would be hard to describe my experience as we never got in. Both my wife and I have called at least ten times to setup appointments. We ALWAYS get an answering machine, and we NEVER get a call back. I guess they don't want our business. Avoid if you really want to see the doctor...

Even though Dr. Browne seems helpful, the front desk is problematic. Patient handling (i.e. appointments, reminders, follow-ups, lab results etc.) is quite poor. If you need to call and leave a massage, you will probably find that the box is full. After-hours, you cannot schedule an appointment (over the phone via automated service or by using the web). In addition, the office hours change frequently.
