Idaho Central Credit Union: Burley Branch

Best bank (aka credit union) I have used so far. I have tried a couple of the "bigger" banks out there and haven't had much luck with them at all. I get cards on my birthday, the tellers know my name when I come in and their mobile app is on point. I really would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service and account problem solving. When on phone. In the bank I would rate 3 stars for the supervisor I felt with. But overall not bad.

The bank its self is fine. The customer service when calling about a problem is great. However the customer service within the bank needs work. More people were playing on their phone rather than helping a customer.

Just setup with them and they put the $200 dollars that I wanted in my savings account into somebody else's account and they want me to call my old bank to figure out why. To be quite honest the lady I signed up with was real nice but the bank left bad first impressions with me UPDATE: They called me and told me there sorry for the issue and they personally fixed the issue the next day my $200 dollars shown I'm really happy they fixed the issue

Love ICCU! Fast and friendly service! I love how you can drive through to deposit money and you can see them on the screen, everything is fancy and new. :D
