Wells Fargo Bank

I love Wells, and I love the people who work at this Branch. I have been with Wells for 25+ years, and I've never been put in this position. I'm out of town, and I sent my adult daughter to the branch with a deposit slip and a deposit. They refused to make the deposit because she wasn't on the account. Makes zero sense. Do they now refuse business deposits because the employees aren't all on the account? Very convenient Wells!

We were from out of town and really needed help with information on money order/cashiers checks. Unfortunately, we could not do anything at this bank but the branch manager, Alma was extremely caring and helpful. I would totally use this bank if we were in the area.

Veronica and Alma are icons for customer service! Im so impressed and so grateful for them!! Im in a different state but called to find out the best way to get funds from an item I sold to a burley local with accounts at a different institution. My local branch wasn’t even answering the phone. They went above and beyond to help get funds verified and spent a good portion of their morning helping me. They have absolutely nothing to benefit from helping me but truly cared and did all they could and then some to help me! Best customer service experience I have ever had in any setting. So awesome!! Thank you!!

I dropped in at the last minute before they closed to have a paper notarized. Everyone was super nice. The lady that did my notary was so friendly. I apologize for coming in late and she was so kind about it. She actually sat and talked with me for awhile. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

Very friendly staff. I do miss having business banking in town but feel like the folks there do a good job of covering the needs the best they can. I love the banking app and overall years of accounts with them.
