Closed during lunch! Phone system is non existent, and you will never talk to anyone. 80%of the time there is a 20min wait.
Motor vehicle ladies keep the line moving, I appreciate that there are four working to get through more people. I didn’t remember that they close for lunch, so I attached their hours below.
The lady I talked to was extremely rude. She puts you down for asking a question. Definitely not talking to her again. Not sure about the other ladies but even before covid she was mean. I loathed having to go in.
