I have to amend my review, originally it was 2 stars but I’m dropping it to one. I’ve had a package that’s been “out for delivery” for 4 days now and tracking actually hasn’t even been updated as of the time of this review, so who knows what’s going on?. With all that being said I would give 5 stars to their customer service. I’ve only had to deal with ICS twice and both times I’ve needed to contact customer service. They’ve always been really helpful and pretty great. I’d like to highlight “Saf”, she’s been really nice and helpful during this current debacle.
This review applies to the depot in Camrose, AB. I shipped a package to Camrose, AB and the status remained "out for delivery" for 2 days. I made several calls to ICS without any resolution. Today, the recipient called me and told me an ICS driver came to their office for a pick up so they asked him if he had any packages for them. His reply was "no", which was odd given the "out for delivery" status. The recipient asked the driver to check his truck again. Low and behold, he walks in with the package. I wonder how long my package would've been in his truck if my recipient didn't ask him to check? I must've forgot to cross my fingers when I sent the package. Now my business packages will be sent via another carrier.
Had some delays with my orders so I went to the depot to see what was going on. The ladies there were really nice and helpful. They expressed experiencing staffing issues and apologized for the delays. I was able to just grab my package from the facility no issues.
Booked a pick up for a Monday. It’s now Wednesday and the package is still outside. I’ve called 3x and got the your package is scheduled to be picked up speech but it’s false. Also told me she would call me back. That never happened either. This is my first and last time using this horrible courier service. Go elsewhere!
If I could give this 0 stars I would. After being “out for delivery” and “in sort process” 7 business days in a row, I finally had to drive 45 minutes and get my package from the depot in Edmonton. Just the absolute worst experience I’ve had with getting anything shipped in my life.
According to Sendle…..ICS is their courier service. I have been waiting, now the third day, for a parcel pickup. Had to wait 3 days from date I requested pickup. Affiliated with Canada Post says it all
ICS has been nothing but problems for me from the start. Their tracking information has been consistently inaccurate, they mis sorted my package and delayed the delivery, and today the driver stated they couldn't deliver my package because they had no access to a secure building no buzzer code which makes no sense as I live in a single family home. Will definitely not be using their services again and I also won't be buying anything from another company that is using their services.
Supposed to receive my package Tuesday it's now Thursday and nowhere to be found. When you call they can't get ahold of the driver. Told they will look into it and no call back. This package is for my daughter's birthday. Never Use ICS!!! They are an awful courier service!
Went in got my package no problem. The package had no damages, just overall really good service.
This courier's delivery driver delivered my large $350 order to the wrong address and after over 2 hours and several calls, they were able to confirm that their driver delivered to the wrong address. They proceeded to explain the physical characteristics of the recipient and confirmed it was not I. The following day they had their driver return to the incorrect address to collect the package, which proved unsuccessful. Their customer service agent let me know that I would need to request a refund from the seller which is their customer - understandable... but I had to beg for a reference number to support my claim to the seller. The seller from Etsy said they may only receive a $100 compensation for the claim and are waiting on a call back from an ICS case manager. It's been over 3 weeks and ICS has yet to call either of us back, nor change the tracking number to reflect that I DID NOT receive the package, nor did I sign for it. The tracking number still shows that information, even though it's been known to be false for over 3 weeks now. I have found ICS to be extremely and surprisingly unprofessional and incapable of handling issues that arrise from their errors! Zero accountability on their end and I have no way of reaching a decision maker. Desperate Consumer.
