Absolutely amazing service. The best Courier I have used in years. I would highly recommend everyone that needs a reliable courier to use Captain courier!!!
Very unpleasant dispatcher, makes it seem like you calling them is some kind of hassle or annoyance. Couple this with weird drivers in unmarked cars who give no tracking info or receipt upon pickup and the occasional lost package and you've perfectly summed up this company.
It seems as if they are angry every time you call them for a delivery, like it is not part of their business model. But the word courier appears in the name of their business, so i was thoroughly confused as to why the dispatch man was irritated with me.
