ICBC Driver Licensing

This office should be shut down. They are ridiculously rude and I only went here for a road test as I was doing it before work. I will never make that mistake again. The instructor was rude and a nightmare as well as the customer service desk people. Went to another location and passed with flying colors and had a nice friendly instructor as well as customer service. This office/branch needs to be shut down. I've warned everyone I know and will keep doing so.

It is a very difficult place to take an exam and not the most friendliest icbc office thats why i rated 3 stars The reason why i would give it more stars is because my boyfriend took his exam here and unfortunately did not pass but i had the chance to talk to his examiner a nice young woman named Dane she was very kind and encouraging to him for things he needed to work on so he could pass the next time and she even gave me some encouragement on how to pass my road test once i get my learners again and even said she be happy to take me for my test if i book in north vancouver n get assigned to her...

Embarrassing establishment. Super condescending staff for no reason the second you walk in the door. The receptionist should be fired

Most complicated organisation in BC, For a renewal I had to go more than 4 times back and forth. They are not trusting Thier own documents, under the customers information protection, and make their service so complicated that even they don't trust their system.Go and learn customer service.

Went in to renew my license today. Was prepared for the usual bureaucratic nightmare. I was in the building less than five minutes before walking out with my temporary license - not even enough time for the rain to finish dripping off my coat. Professional, efficient and polite! Couldn't ask for more. Well done, people!
