Really awesome service! I came here 3 times to renew my SIN number after a new work permit, after getting PR and to get my biometrics and each time i was really pleased to come here. Good organization, amazing and prepared staff, polite people. I’ve been once in that one in downtown and it was really messy and confusing, imo. Today I came half an hour before the opening, to secure myself a spot and go to work right away in north van, but it wasn’t really necessary.

I came to get my SIN replacement form. Fortunately, the wait was minimal, and the receptionist at the front desk was extremely kind. When my name was called, I was assisted by a gentleman named Ron. He was respectful, remarkably helpful going above and beyond, and truly attentive to my concerns. It was a pleasant change not to feel like just a number going through the motions. In today's fast-paced world, where many people seem rushed and impersonal, my interaction with Ron was truly refreshing.nnI want to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service I received. Ron exemplified excellence in his role, demonstrating a high level of kindness and professionalism that exceeded my expectations.

Firstly, I believe it's unfair to leave a 1-star review if you haven't booked an online appointment and instead opted for a walk-in visit. For walk-ins, it's advisable to allot at least 2-3 hours of your time.nnI had scheduled an online appointment for 2:30 PM and arrived 10 minutes early. After checking in, an officer called me in at 3:00 PM. Although there was a slight 30-minute delay, I understand that maintaining a precise schedule can be challenging at times.nnI'm leaving a five-star review mainly due to the service provided by the officer who assisted me with the biometric process. He was engaging, patient, and communicated everything clearly and informatively.nnOverall, my experience was positive, and I'm grateful for that. It's important to remember that the staff are doing their best to perform their duties efficiently.

We went to this office to get SIN numbers for our family. There were about 12 people ahead us, but everything was so fast and smooth, so we didn't spend more than 40 minutes inside. The staff at the entrance and the offices were very polite, friendly and helpful

There’s only one staff at the entrance to answer the questions and check in. It took about 45 minutes in the initial line up and then another 2 hours in the wait to see an officer. If you arrive after 1 pm you do not have enough time to make it to see an agent before the end of the day. Staff is nice though, nothing bad to say about them, bad and slow system
