North Vancouver Provincial Court

Went to observe a trial today for school purposes and the sheriffs in the courts are absolutely amazing! They were super helpful and friendly. They would come up to you and make sure you are informed about what is going on. I am amazed at how kind the sheriffs were as I was going into this not expecting to interact with anyone at all. I wish I had gotten their names as they were just the most friendliest people I have ever met. I hope they get the recognition that they deserve. I wouldn’t be making this review if I wasn’t this pleased! All the best to them.

The staff that I spoke with are unfriendly and I dreaded every time I had to make a call to this office. I last spoke with Kathy and she rushed through the phone call then proceeded to hang up. She seemed very inconvenienced to have to process my payment over the phone. This wasn’t the first time I have had an unpleasant experience with the staff over the phone. I have called three previous times and have had the same experience: rushed and not friendly. The first time I called the lady told me I could not pay over the phone. I frantically tried to figure out how to mail a check in the correct currency until I double checked online and saw that there was a pay by phone option.

wonderfully supportive, knowledgeable and patient not only with counsel like myself but also those who have family and civil matters despite me practicing only criminal law. Anytime i ask a question they take time out of their busy days to spend tie helping me find answers to my question so i just wanted to send a public thank you.

I attended remand court as a student observor. The officer posted in the court was extremely helpful. He would come to me on several occasions and explain the legal terminology being used between the lawyers and judge and ask if I had any questions. He really went above and beyond to ensure accessibility to the public. Great experience!

The gentleman in the small claims dept is a very professional and helpful individual. Unfortunately the court website is not as useful. The public would like to know hours of operation to visit the courts, yet the google search on their website offers every piece of information except thew hours of operation? Please update your website.

A good place to go if you want to loose your children to the foster care program.. This is the MCFD Headquarters. If they are just and lawful and rightous, then why are they hiding behind bullet proof glass.??¿?
