This place is horrible. Terrible staff that won't deal with customer problems and just ask them to leave.

ICBC has to be amongst the worst governement service providers in the world. Horrific service and hours. The website is terrible and fails to inform customers what they need, on top of that after you think you finally have it figured out it takes weeks for anything to be processed. The whole institution is a bureaucratic mess. ICBC is probably the reason people look down on government institutions. It's a shame BC can't do better for it's people.

Wendy was the name of the person who assit me today! She was very kind and I was able to transfer my Ontario driver's license in minutes. First experience in public service since I moved from Toronto. I'd recommend this place for sure!
