Feel compelled to write a review due to the negatives ones. The staff here are super friendly and as efficient as they can be considering the volume of people expecting to be seen. If you have an appointment and know the paperwork you need, it's very efficient. You might have to wait 10-20 minutes after your scheduled appointment due to volume of people before you, but that's not a biggie at all.
People here messed up the order of my name on my drivers licence and all documentation now I need to request a birth certificate to prove the correct order which was different from the guidance I received when I called. Very disappointing and the team took zero responsibility or ownership or showed any empathy towards the situation… I do not recommend this location until this is resolved.
Hi, today I came at 8.30 am to ask my lost driving license from my home country. The young lady with glass and yellow sweater ask me to go to her counter. I explained what I am looking for but she didn’t understand and asking me when my card has been issued. I only asked for my lost card and what is the relation with the year’s issued. So I double check but she was so rude and keep asking for what year my card has been issued. She didn’t even try to listen for what I asked for lol. Finally she tried to listen and find my lost card. I assume she suppose to know she was wrong but didn’t even apologize and still making excuses :. Maybe she was really on bad mood lol. Notes: I alrd asked nicely even start from the beginning
They do what they need to do, barely. Its a busy place, with lots of people trying to sort out their documents. Felt to me like the staff was pretty jaded, no longer actually listening to the people in front of them. They don't keep to their schedule, your best bet at this time is to make an appointment for the first available time, and show up 30 minutes before they open.
Even with appointment you should spend an hour in lineups. Need more branches for Vancouver. There’s no front desk staff. Useless staff. Staff should update new information. You have to mention on website what documents need for renewal drive license . After 2 hours wasting my time she asked to bring your original citizenship certificate now is one day after I’m here for 2 hours no one working only one desk is open I added photo all desks are closed
