Really nice staff, right from reception to License check in. And big thanks to Examiner dermot, he was very patient -gave instructions with enough time to act upon. He also complimented on the test sheet and in person which made my Driving exam all the more exciting. I waited several months to get the appointment, but it was totally worth it and now I am a class 5 Driver this is a perfect place for the Road test and do practice all nearby routes
Very slow service. Needs to wait hours to get in service. It should be faster.
I took my road test at this ICBC office and had a great experience. I arrived on time, and the waiting period was minimal— I was called almost immediately for paperwork and then for the driving test. The examiners were very professional and calm. Although I didn’t pass the first time, I appreciated the clear explanation of my mistakes. On my second attempt, I passed without any issues, and the examiner was once again excellent, clearly communicating all the requirements. Overall, it was a very positive experience taking my road test at this ICBC location.
I recently passed my Class 5 road test, and my examiner, whose initials were JC, was exceptional. He conducted the test professionally, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. His calm demeanor helped ease my nerves, and his clear feedback after the test was very constructive. He didn’t just evaluate my driving skills but ensured that the experience was positive and informative. Overall, it was a smooth and well-conducted test, and I appreciate the professionalism he demonstrated. Thank you for such a great experience
Just sat my road test for the first time and was blown away by the kindness and patience of the staff there especially on such a busy day.nI was lucky to get an incredibly patient and kind driving examiner who genuinely wanted me to do well. I was given excellent constructive feed back on my results, and went over my mistakes in detail, giving me time to discuss them briefly and also was given the space to breath and be a little bit anxious. Regardless of results I felt it was a safe and fare assessment of my abilities.nThank you so much to your team for ensuring this all went smoothly!
