Hyde-Whipp Heating & Air Cond

Darryl and Heidi are top notch! I have dealt with them for well over 15 years, but recently Reliance left us in a bind over a broken water heater and Hyde-Whipp saved the day. They came next day and the install was easy and their associates friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling needs.

A great big thanks to Hyde Whipp. They’ve always been great to deal with and an extra special thanks to Daryl. I had an emergency situation and he personally came out when he didn’t have any workers available and although there’s wasn’t anything Hyde Whipp could fix he immediately put me in touch with great professionals who immediately made time to help me.

Our furnace went unexpectedly yesterday, and upon inspection, our best option was to purchase a new furnace which is not desirable during C19 when only one of us in the household is working. Both Darryl and Heidi kept in contact with us to give us our best options as well as they worked with the manufacturer to get us the best program possible. Darryl visited us three times personally during the process over the past 24 hours. I think they and their team worked above and beyond our expectations. Very glad I made the call to this company to service my furnace. They even checked to make sure costs were covered under warranty from previous owners. A technician named Brandon did excellent job. He even made a followup visit on his way home a few days later to make sure our furnace was performing as expected. This quality service is something not seen too often, going the extra mile to make sure you are happy and warm. I Highly recommend Hyde and Whipp.

They did a Service that a different hydro company made wrong. However, I am not sure if the communication between the technicians and who answers the phone is good. You said something on the phone to Heidi, who answer the phone calls, bit seems the technician do not get the information that you have given on the phone. When the technician came to work on the Furnace, I reminded him to fix a air duct that was bent, which I already had mentioned on the phone to Heidi to make sure the technician, Andrew would work on it as well. He said he did not have the proper tollto fix it. Right, I said. When could you come back and work on it then ? Then, Andrew said, the company will call you back to book an appointment. This is the second time that I was told the company will call me back to set up an appointment and not body calls. Still waiting for their call.

Darryl and the installs team at Hyde-Whipp were a pleasure to deal with, they were there when they said they'd be and finished on time. they cleaned up after themselves and left our house in a clean state. the duct work looks awesome and the furnace works like a dream...no more baseboard heat for us! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We look forward to having you back in the spring for the A/C.
