Great flavors, wish they had more quantity in stock at times, but reliably a good product. Had a long term issue with their shipping. The owner stepped in and mailed me it personally and rectified the situation. Made an unhappy experience into a happy one.

Only shop in Ottawa to sell DIY e-juice flavours. Went there yesterday with my wife to pick up a few bottles of flavour concentrate and could not have been happier with the products or the service. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. He answered our questions knowledgeably and was willing to do whatever he could to help us out. EXCELLENT customer service!! Not only were the service/flavours amazing, but the selection of flavours that were available was outstanding. Although he does deliver to the Ottawa region at certain drop off times/locations, it is WELL worth the drive to go visit HydaVape in Arnprior, we will most definitely be going back.
