Great room layout and excellent service. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast starting at 7 is a problem if you have an early start, wish it started at 6. The linen and bedding doesn't smell fresh despite being very clean.
This a great spot for downtown Moncton. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the rate was really fair. The staff were super nice and polite. The pool is smaller but nice just the same. Towels down at the pool so you don't have to bring them from your room. The included breakfast had a great selection and was good. Will stay here again.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT, PLUS CHARGE YOU ANOTHER $250 You best not get a stain on anything. I was charged $350 for a bathrobe becasue it had a makeup stain on it. The front desk was no help at all, tried to speak to a manager but he couldn't be bothered to come to the phone to speak to us. Never in my life has this happened to us we will never stay here again
Our team of seven stayed at Hyatt Place Moncton for the grand opening of our new store, and we had a fantastic experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The nearest Bus 51 Greenline stop is just a two-minute walk away, so you can easily catch a ride to Northend or Dieppe Champlain Mall. Plus, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the Maritime Bus Terminal and Via Rail station.nOne of the best perks is the free breakfast buffet. There’s a great selection, including tasty options like sausages and eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, and fresh fruit. It’s a fantastic way to start your day! The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help.nWe booked the 'Specialty King Room with Sofa Bed,' and it was just right for us. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with separate areas for the toilet and shower. Our room was pretty quiet since it faced the train tracks and parking lot. We also appreciated how clean everything was kept by housekeeping.nOverall, this hotel offers a great location, good food, and friendly service. We definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Moncton!
