Wonderful place to stay! Stayed here and then at the Crowne Plaza across the street, and Hyatt is by far the best. Much quieter in the rooms compared to Crowne, it's newer so the walls must be much thicker at the Hyatt, the only noise we heard was from passerby's in the hall by our door, even the outside noise was much quieter compared to Crowne. The entrance of Hyatt is much more welcoming from both the main entrance and from parking. The complementary breakfast which crown does not have was amazing! The staff was also very kind and helpful and just overall great vibes. We're not very picky on sleeping places as we often car camp over anything but when we do stay somewhere we notice lots and Hyatt has been one of our top sleeping experiences. Thank you!
Although the hotel is very clean and modern, and the staff is kind, I was surprised that basic amenities, such as a kettle, were unavailable even upon request. As a tea drinker, I would prefer not to use coffee-tasting hot water from the coffee maker. There was also noise and music from the main street late into the evening on the weekend. The breakfast is serviceable. Overall, for the price point, I was expecting a bit more.
Excellent hotel in the heart of Moncton!nPerfect location right in the center of the city, next to the Avenir Centre where all the concerts, hockey games, and other events take place. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, and if you need something extra — just ask, and they’ll make it happen! A great place for weddings, meetings, corporate events, and conferences. Highly recommend!
For the parking of your vehicle, check in , room an check out . With free breakfast, Amazing service . Located within walking distance to entertainment at the Avenir center , bar an grills all around the heart of Moncton. Top quality place to stay .
The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are nice, though I’m not a big fan of the shower. The gym is great and has everything you’d need to keep up with workouts while traveling. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and overall the staff are friendly—though a few times I noticed receptionists not smiling or seeming happy.nnMy main frustration is their policy of charging a half day for early check-in, even if rooms are available. Otherwise, it’s a solid and comfortable place to stay.
