This hotel should be more popular than it is. I traveled for a business trip, and my flight was rescheduled due to a snowstorm. The staff swiftly took care of my room, and there was no issue securing additional accommodations for another night. The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, a 24-hour snack bar, and free printing services—no complaints there. I didn’t get a chance to try the pool or the restaurant, but I did witness the beginning of what looked like a wedding. The room was great, and the TV was impressively large. I will definitely be coming back!
Stayed here in January 2025, and it was excellent! Room was cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. App worked perfectly, and nice heated underground parking. Very quiet as there seemed to be a hockey tournament with many teams staying here. No issues at all. I’ve been staying here since it was built in 2020, and have never had a poor experience. 5/5!
Great hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Good water pressure in the shower. Excellent service at the front desk. Will definitely use whenever I am in Moncton.
Great staff. We will be staying here again August , our pup has to have surgery. It is pet friendly, which is why we picked it on the first trip. We have a large pup some places have restrictions on weight, but this place does not. There is an additional one-time charge, but it's reasonable. I just wanted to add to the review . The staff is really incredible . We have stayed here multiple times and they know our pup they call him the small horse. We requested late check-out due to not knowing what time Ghost our dog could be discharged from the hospital and they were very accommodating .
Kids screaming and running in the hallway all day and night, the restaurant apparently turns into a nightclub on Saturday nights so you have the misfortune of listening to the bass rattling your walls all night. Staff unhelpful as apparently the hotel and the restaurant are not affiliated so was transferred to the restaurant where no one answered. Not happy to have spent the money on this establishment. Stay elsewhere!
