We visited Moncton in summer of 2025. The experience was exceptional to the point that even months later I am writing a review. All the staff was outstanding, Natalie hope I spelled the name correctly, being top notch with going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Their restaurant served very scrumptious food. It is conveniently located across from the Avenir Centre. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in downtown Moncton. We hope to visit one day again in the future.
Love this hotel, very clean and comfortable! Very nicely located especially if you have plans at the avenir center. Love the heated underground parking! We are staying here for all our business trips and we are very satisfied.
Parking was hard to find, but once you find it there is plenty of parking. We used contactless check in. Got a digital key which is used for parking, hotel access and for your room. There were many hockey teams there which usually means noise at all hours of thr night, but not here. The staff kept everyone under control and it was a nice quiet and peaceful night. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the TV/cable provider was very limited.
Great location in downtown Moncton. Parking was a bit tight due to a hockey game going on, so had to wait until the spectators of the hockey game left, before we could get a parking spot at the hotel. That being said, nice modern hotel with a large room. I ended up forgetting an air pod and they went to the room, found it and sent it to me. I really appreciated the staff for going above and beyond. It shows they care.
We had made reservations 2 months ago for a shopping trip to Moncton. The check-in time was anytime after 3pm. We got there at 3:30pm and our room wasn't ready. The front desk lady asked if we could wait 20 more minutes for our room. The parking outside the front was horrible because everyone was checking in at the same time4 different cars, so people were blocking the driveway and the doorway. That was horrible. Trying to navigate downtown, on a Saturday was nuts. The front desk lady didn't give us a key card or anything for the parking either. The parking is under ground. She was supposed to call us when the room was ready. We made our way over to Bass Pro and shopped until 5:30pm. Still no call. So we had to call the hotel and see if the room was ready yet. At this point, we were tired and just wanted our room to be ready. Finally, we got there around 5:45pm and it was ready. The room was nice and clean. For the price per night, you would think breakfast would be included, its not. 14 dollar upcharge. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from upstairs. People walking down the hall and slamming the door. Beds were comfortable tho.
