This hotel should be more popular than it is. I traveled for a business trip, and my flight was rescheduled due to a snowstorm. The staff swiftly took care of my room, and there was no issue securing additional accommodations for another night. The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, a 24-hour snack bar, and free printing services—no complaints there. I didn’t get a chance to try the pool or the restaurant, but I did witness the beginning of what looked like a wedding. The room was great, and the TV was impressively large. I will definitely be coming back!
Stayed here in January 2025, and it was excellent! Room was cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. App worked perfectly, and nice heated underground parking. Very quiet as there seemed to be a hockey tournament with many teams staying here. No issues at all. I’ve been staying here since it was built in 2020, and have never had a poor experience. 5/5!
Great hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Good water pressure in the shower. Excellent service at the front desk. Will definitely use whenever I am in Moncton.
I'm currently on a 10,000 km Bikepacking trip with my trusty sidekick cattle dog on our way to Newfoundland. After the last 12 days camping and roughing it, bad weather is coming in and we decided to rest up for 2 days here in Moncton. As soon as we pulled into the lobby we were instantly warmly welcomed by the staff and they were incredibly generous and genuine in their questions and connection with our trip. The hotel is incredibly clean rooms are amazing! Service Dog and pet friendly! Convenient laundry, great pool, workout roomnnThe standout of our experience so far has simply been the staff experience. Special shout out to Aaron who checked us in and helped us get oriented with the area. I wish all our stays at Hilton properties were as great as this!
Kids screaming and running in the hallway all day and night, the restaurant apparently turns into a nightclub on Saturday nights so you have the misfortune of listening to the bass rattling your walls all night. Staff unhelpful as apparently the hotel and the restaurant are not affiliated so was transferred to the restaurant where no one answered. Not happy to have spent the money on this establishment. Stay elsewhere!
