Usually go during the week, after my shift (4-5pm). It is usually busy around this time, with most of the stations being occupied and thus the occasional long wait time. Inside is quite nice and neat. There is a brand new Tim Hortons located within which great for travellers or just to get a cup of coffee. They have a surprisingly diverse grocery section so finding a quick meal is fairly easy. Unfortunately no car wash can be found at this location.

I asked to purchase $150 worth of LOTTO MAX quick pick tickets - the girl gave me only 1 line and charged me $150. I asked again " Can I please have $150 worth of Lotto Max quick pick tickets." The older man intervened and said " We can't do that!" I said " I can't buy $150 worth of Lotto Max quick pick tickets?" He then got upset and raised his voice at me " YOU HAVE TO GO AND FILL OUT THE LOTTO MAX SHEETS IF YOU WANT THAT!!! " So of course I raised my voice back after 2mins of him yelling and belittling me in front of the other customers. " I don't understand what the problem is - I only want to buy $150 worth of Lotto Max quick picks - what is the problem?" After awhile another customer stood by me gave me a wink, shook his head and laughed while telling the irate clerk " He wants to buy $150 worth of Lotto Max quick pick." It's very odd but the minute I yelled back at the clerk, he calmed down and actually gave me my $150 worth of quick pick Lotto Max tickets. I was just about to lose it but I could tell that they didn't speak english that well, so realizing that I managed to keep my calm. When I walked out several customers that were already outside approached me and said " That was amazing you kept your composure and stood up to that idiot when he yelled at you." I walked away upset from the interaction but I guess being a clerk in a gas station as a career choice takes a toll on a persons pride and self respect. So instead, I felt really sorry for him. So Yah - buy gas here but you're asking for major attitude if you want to buy Lotto Max quick picks ... by the way welcome to Canada where we treat each other with respect (idiot).

The clerks are rude and mean. It’s obvious they hate their job and take it out on customers.

Always good because they have the best point earning and store to redeem your point. Staff can be rude. But generally they are really nice.
