First time try. I got a bunny sugar cookie and blueberry danish for my girl and sate beef sub for myself. The cookie and danish seemed decent and my sub was huge and had full of sate beef and veggies so I’m pretty satisfied. On top of it all those just cost $10. I’m definitely coming back. :

Such a great place with so many tasty and delicious treats perfect place to go and try something new or have an old favorite.

So good. The sate chicken and beef subs are amazing. Same with the sausage rolls, pork and beef buns. Everything including the deserts I have had here exceeds my expectations. Well done to the staff here, keep up the good work.

My "go to" place for Vietnamese sub. Been a customer for over 10 years now, it's the ONLY place that has consistantly good Vietnamese subs.

Amazing little find in the area! The beef Vietnamese sub was to die for and the bubble tea was really good! The buns and bread from this place are like a cloud and very delightful. I will be back! : highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious pastries, subs, and they even have bubble tea! Some many delicious options to choose from and super kind and helpful staff!
