Naturalizer

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Today my mother and I went to Naturalizer in Woodbine, as we entered we noticed an employee helping a couple find a pair of shoes, I would assume the couple were Indian, based on their looks. After they left, the employee, went straight to the cashier desk, not asking us if we needed any help. My mom did not think anything of it, but I noticed. A few minutes go by and the employee still hasn't asked if we needed any help nor did she smile and say hello. My mother then speaks up and says, " not even a hi? or hello? what kind of customer service is this? The employee then says, " I smiled, what more do you want from me? "( with an attitude). That was completely rude. My mom then tells her, " You should treat customers good, if you don't, they will not come back." The employee then hits the front desk and screams, " WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" my mom didn't know how to react, so she just carried on looking for a pair of shoes, still without any help. The employee looked Asian, Filipino.
