My wife and I have been using Kelly Hall for years. I can simply say there isn’t any one ells we would trust with our insurance needs. Always helpful and knowledgeable on the products. We have recently had our daughter start driving and get her first car. There was Kelly right beside her to explained insurance and how it work. Our daughter was informed and felt comfortable and well taken care of not just another number in a line. We all feel Kelly is more that just our insurance broker her and her team feel like family. Probably the most unprofessional people in Kamloops. I’d rather have no insurance then deal with these people. If no stars were an option they would get it.

Only one person working and after 10 min finally acknowledged I was there and waited 40 minutes or more to be served the lady who assisted me was very nice and friendly but they need more people

Waited an hour and ended up walking out along with 5 other people that were waiting. Under staffed and poor service. This place will go out of business in no time. Head to the insurance place in the mall across the street for way better service.
