This is the most incompetent insurance place in town. I have had to call them three years running to get my renewal documentation which didn’t show up a month after I had paid the premiums. I complained to the insurance company but for rv insurance there are not a lot of options. Avoid this place if at all possible.

When you email your broker following a renewal letter - with a query relating to the conditions of cover noted - wouldn't you expect a timely answer? Now 15 days later, still no response from the broker. Not impressed.
