I moved here from NS in November to work at a car dealership, my dealership recommended I use Jaylee at Hub Insurance, in November we agreed and found a great provider and rate for myself, I signed all necessary forms and sent them back expecting my insurance to start in January like discussed on multiple occasions, I would get very limited communication from Jaylee when asking what was happening or what the felt was when I receiving paperwork. January came , then February , then March, still no paperwork or communication from Jaylee, I ended up signing up with Sonnet and NEVER hearing back from Jaylee again. Worst service I have ever had and it’s sad because I work in the automotive industry and I’m happy to tell people about my experience with Hub International. Don’t waste a minute of your time.
