Huaxi Noodle Specialist

Every time I go to Crystal Mall. I'd go to the Hua Xi Noodle Specialist, and just ask for a Beef Rice noodle soup with tendon, sometimes add an egg. Nothing else. It's great, just try it! I can only stand for the least spicy version

Very good place for a delicious warm bowl of noodle soup, the benefit of being in a food court with many other options means you can have a lot of variety with the meal. Very tender beef and you can make the noodles incredibly spicy if you're into it. Can get a bit oily but no issues there

Spicy, oily and numb. Good noodle soup. Pretty authentic. I ordered the pork belly. The meat was ok tho, kinda greasy. I will try beef next time.

Very impressed with their Dan Dan noodles #21. The noodles are chewy, it's spicy and not overly saucy. Plenty of ground meat and peanuts on top. Only $7.25 cash.
