The soup I ordered had a picture on their delivery service menu of a deep rich red soup with big thick chunks of steak and yellow noodles. I tried to post the picture from the menu but the picture was removed, so you will just have to take my word for it. The soup I received was not what I ordered, not even close. Instead of big thick chunks of steak, I received small flat bits of gristle and fat which only sometimes had a little meat attached to it. The broth was white instead of red, and the noodles were also white and thicker than in the picture. The "meat" was more or less inedible. The smell of the soup wasn't good. And the flavour tasted like old gamey meat. Edit: I think I managed to add the picture of the soup I ordered from the delivery service menu, but we will see if the review still posts properly. But yeah, as you can see, what I ordered, and what I received were entirely different dishes.
Not enough to say this place is awesome. You must try lamb, gizzard, and chicken heart skewers if you are craving those. . Beef noodlesnon spicy is decent. P.S. sweet servers
Great value And quality. Great great bbq way to cook kidney. Never ate the traditional taste! Qianlong cabbage i personally suggestion! And also a big portion of rice noodle is my favorite. Will definitely go back again.
Ordered their one bite lamb skewers and wow were they small. 30 skewers weighed less than an orange. Each skewer costs $0.99. The meat is about 1/6 the size compared to other "one bite" skewers from other places like kuanzhai road which also cost $0.99 although now $1.20. Each skewer also varies in the amount of meat, some have double, some have half. Go somewhere else and pay $1.50-$2 for 10x more meat.
Delicious BBQ! My fav was the garlic eggplant, fried durian balls, tofu skin skewers, chicken knee, gizzard, and heart skewers, and also the tin foil boils I got abalone and oysters
Service was great and the food is tasty. The first set of skewers we ordered looked stale and reheated or overdone, as the meat was arrived shriveled up and small; second set looked how it should but still small. The prices appear to be cheap but if you're there to eat a meal until you're full, you'll quickly find that your bill adds up to a lot in the end! There are mini BBQ grills on the table but you can't use them due to Covid, which is a shame.
Highly recommend! Especially the new menu just release toast whole fish. Sooooo tasty! Love it.
We ordered BBQ lamb, chicken wing, beef, pork rib and tinfoil wrapped sour fish. The meat came so quick at once. It’s all deep fried not real BBQ. The sour fish is really a rip off. Only 3 little pcs fish, taste salty and charged $23. This place is over priced.
Ordered skewers and a fried rice. For the price the portion of fried rice was small. Skewers were very tasty and service was fast and friendly. One bite skewers have less meat than the regular skewers which is why they work out to be slightly cheaper in price. Spicy shredded potato dish was very good and although we had “no spicy” - it was spicy enough. Beers come with chilled glasses. Nice interior but can be loud as they had music and some tv show on at the same time.
Delicious food with generous portions. It's outside facing in Crystal Mall.Food: 5/5
