Impressed by the quality of the food! Everything was great and I must say that it's probably taken the spot for one of my favourite somali restaurants. We ordered the chicken stew, the goat and the samosas. Everything tasted amazing. It's not overwhelmingly oily. The chicken and goat were both tender and I found the spices used made the food flavourful. The taste overall was great. Would definitely recommend and would go back for more!!

Great customer service, tasty spot. I got the beef stew & chicken samosas. The pineapple juice which was complimentary was awesome with hints of ginger as well. The hot sauce was 10/10. Honestly the only recommendation would be some type of garlic sauce for the rice & a little more seasoning inside the chicken samosa. Would come back to try the chicken plate or goat!

Defiantly worth stopping by here. The sauce is amazing with their superior food quality. Warm and kind- hearted people. Glad I tried this place out. Will recommend!

I had tried Somalian food once and I thought I had a worthy meal back in that time until I found this amazing restaurant! My experience at Hoyos restaurant was really authentic. The food is incredible tasty and delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and the cherry on the cake is that he surprised me speaking my born language Spanish I highly recommend this place if you enjoy to eat different and new flavours, doesn’t matter if It comes for Lunch or dinner! Any option here is a great option! Good work for the staff!

This place was amazing! The food portions were large and so generous. Food was good too. The owner was really nice as well. We really enjoyed this meal and also impressed by the size of the juice of the day. : We will definitely be coming back here again and bring our family to this place!

Get ready for a great meal. The chef is very friendly and took good care of our group. He suggested some ideas of what we should get and we were not disappointed. We opted to be served family-style, as opposed to individual plates, and they served us a gigantic platter of rice and the three types of meat that we ordered. We also received salad and mango juice that came with the meal. Everything was very flavourful. For a party of five, we still had a third of the food leftover to take home. Definitely a great value for the price.

Service was great, the food was good but not quite up to the same level. Of the half-dozen Somali restaurants I've eaten in, this was in the middle. Of course, the food was plentiful, and my chicken suqaar was flavourful, but my partner's goat wasn't as good, nor as tender and juicy as I've had at other places. May give this place another try, maybe the steak next time. They were also out of some menu items.

I got take-out. The food quality was really good. Portion sizes were generous.

Amazing Place, definitely recommend. Majority of the food selection is delicious and sometimes on takeouts they gave you more than what you ordered for. Could be an extra drink or extra samosa just the little things really. And this is my first time ever writing a review for a place so this should tell you guys something.
