House of Doggs

The food was very over priced. My fresh fries were wilted and soaked with oil not crispy at all. Won’t come here again!! And the pulled my daughters Mac and cheese out of the fridge and just popped it in the microwave.

I’m kinda disappointed, I used to go here all the time when I worked in the mall and now that I’m back I’ve found they suck. No more snap dogs which is what I would go for and the homemade chip dip is so gross and liquidy. I’m really sad now, they used to be so good.

Hot dog tepid & soggy. Toppings wet. Explained I didn't want the bun or dog to touch mustard as my granddaughter is anaphylaxis allergic to it & the clerk shrugged. When she was close to serving us a hot dog with mustard & ketchup on it she realized it was wrong. Wanted to show my granddaughter a great hot dog experience. Soooo disappointed

everything was pretty bad. the lady working was clearly hiding from customers and texting/playing on her phone. I literally saw 5 people walk up to the counter and leave because they thought no one was working there. I'm not shy so I walked up to the counter and shouted "Hello!" so she finished her text before she popped out from behind the shelf she was clearly hiding behind. I ordered a chilli dog for $3.49 and she asked if I wanted a combo, so I said sure. the total came out to $10.05. that means my O-rings and tea cost $6.56. Yikes! then an older lady came out to make the O-rings and she clearly was bothered that she had to come out and make them (grumbling under her breath) the O-rings were under done and the bun for my chilli dog was soggy by the time the O-rings were "cooked." all and all the people you have working there are costing you business. I remember when your establishment was on front street and I loved it. never had an experience like this. I went during the "lunch rush" and Taco Bell had a huge line, China Wok had a huge line, Subway had a huge line and now I know why no one was going to House of Dogs.

Stoped by for lunch ordered onion rings and fried mushrooms and a corn dog. Both my rings and mushrooms were very oil soaked and soggy. Brought them back up and the"owner" got very mad and refused to make them again and would only rudely give our money back to us. He refused to give us his name. And walked he walked away. I will not be coming here again. And I will spread the word. Now please wait for the counter review response to mine saying how it's all my fault some how. Because I'm sure this "owner" is that kind of guy. And if he's not the owner the real owner should have a few words with him .after all I must have jump the counter and ruined the food myself. And as far as the hotdogs go,not even gonna comment.
