HotSpot Bubble Tea is my new favourite bubble tea spot! I've been drinking bubble teas for over 10 years now, and I can certainly say that this spot offers the most flavourful, unique and delicious drinks. The aesthetic is breathtaking, cozy and tranquil + the customer service is top tier. Come visit! Kid-friendliness: Such a great spot for family to relax and laugh while enjoying some drinks. Parking: The plaza is large and has ample parking! Dietary restrictions: They offer an alternative to regular milk, which is great.

Came here on a whim with my best friend after seeing previous reviews. Fresh new take on classic bubble tea. Warm and beautiful environment making us want to sit down and enjoy our drinks. The customer service here was phenomenal. The barista who made our drink was friendly and just overall brought amazing vibes. Will be back with my partner to take some photos and get yummy drinks.

Very short but amazing experience. The employees are so sweet and friendly. The drinks are good. I absolutely love the passion fruit green tea bubbletea. Couldn’t help drinking before taking the picture. Highly recommend!

The bubble tea here tastes so good. It has become my top favourite bubble tea store. The interior is gorgeous, it’s very unique, the couches are so comfortable. The music is great, and sometimes they play movies which is nice. My friends and I love this place!!!! The Hot Spot bubble tea was great ! I ordered a mango tea with tapioca and coconut jelly; it was 100% the best bubble tea that I’ve had yet. The aesthetics were beautiful, the seats were comfortable and the service was a ten. - Eunice Boateng eunicee_b

I ordered the mango slush with the aloe Vera jelly and it was phenomenal. Very well done and great customer service as well. I also absolutely love the vibe of the place. The scenery, the people, the quality of the drinks, everything is amazing! You have to come here and try it for yourself!

The drinks taste top tier! Easily one of the best bubble tea spots I’ve ever been. So far I’ve got the mango slush and the mango tea and they were both 10/10! Definitely recommend!

My son and I were at a nearby restaurant when my son asked for bubble tea. I googled the closest place and Hotspot came up. We headed over and the first thing we noticed was how beautiful the space was!! The young women co-owner greeted us with an enthusiastic smile. My son got the honeydew slushy and said it was "very yummy". He kept asking if we can go there again if we are ever in the area. Drink was great, owner was lovely and the space was warm and inviting!

Recently visited this shop after checking the 5 star reviews. Shop is new and well decorated. Drinks are priced more than other stores. All of the drinks come with out tapioca balls. Only pearl drink have them. I bought 6 drinks for $50. The server failed to communicate that drinks don't have tapioca balls. On their menu, all drinks show tapioca in the picture. I'm not happy at all and will not recommend being priced more and serving with half the ingredients.

BROWN SUGAR BUBBLE TEA TOOOO LIT!!! A nice place to relax. The owner makes you feel welcomed. Will definitely be back. Also, first time having tapioca and I liked it!!! Can't wait to try new flavors. P.S. Don't lose the lucky coinFood: 5/5
