I tried calling tonight over and over and no one answered. I’m trying to get my order fixed because mine and my boyfriends paninis were messed up. My daughters grilled cheese was terrible, burnt and hard. No kid would want that. The last time we got our food over the weekend it was all fine. Not sure if the staff just wasn’t paying attention tonight or what.. Hopefully next time will be better.

Had large veggie panini and mac&cheese. Food was good. Food was warm, light, not too big portions and balanced. Felt little expensive. Few tables searing outside also. Certainly will visit in future. Vegetarian options: There are few veg options in panini, salad, soup. Can add jalapeno if needed spicy. Kid-friendliness: Yes, they had grilled cheese and mac&cheese. Had a promotion as Tuesday after 4pm kids ear free thru 8pm. Not sure how long this promotion will be in place. Parking: Ample amount of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible. Looking back, the line to food and seating were also wheelchair accessible.

Made an unexpected stop for lunch. Was greeted immediately. Settled on the medium sized buffalo chix panini and a cup of Mac & cheese. They have lemonade but I didn't get a drink. Paid a bit over $14. Overall the food was pretty good. Staff was more than welcoming. Will be back.

These paninis are awesome. My son likes the steak n cheese and I have tried a few different types with today's being the Caprese. They offer combos so we tried that which my son didn't care for the Mac n cheese but the broccoli and cheddar soup was decent. We could do with out those to be honest, the paninis are the heros here but try the lemonade Highly recommend this place

Food is very simple yet very good. Always the same no matter who makes it and it appears to be fresh and all made in front of you. Simple and Delicious. Would definitely recommend! Kid-friendliness: A bit small for kids who are very active. For those who can sit and eat. No concerns at all.

This was my first time and I enjoy eating here. The server walked me through how the service goes and I was impressed. There are a lot of options as far as what you can put on your panini as well as options already to be served. I enjoy the cleanliness of the store along with the atmosphere being in there. Everyone seemed friendly from the server to the cashier. I enjoyed eating here and will definitely be back.

I love this restaurant they have a lot of great food some fresh clean tees still having some growing pains with their app and some of the new employees who don't understand the product combinations. But that's just growing pains, so we'll be back.

Great food, I like that there are 3 size options for the paninis or a wrap option.Food: 4/5

Manager is rude and insufferable, talked to someone while making my sandwich and when i asked for extra sauce politely might i add she didn’t listen and the nice worker was like the customer is talking to you and i repeated myself and she looked at me and said “that’s what i’m doing” when it was in fact not what she was doing. did not make the correct sandwich at all despite me correcting her more than once. asked for spinach, gave me lettuce, didn’t give me cheese, and was rude when i didn’t want bacon??? paid for a sandwich i didn’t want thanks tho. I don’t write reviews but this lady was terrible and I could tell the people who work under her agree.

I do not recommend the Chicken bacon ranch ugh was so excited to try it and it tasted like tuna fish
