I received 4 small ox tails and 2 pieces of plantains with a whole pan of rice... value for money is not there. I enjoy there food but this was not acceptable.
It was raining out, I really wanted to e joy my food, I asked for a plastic bag, the person said they were banned. That person didn’t realize that in order for me to enjoy my meal, I did not want to walk home and have it soaked. He should have given me a plastic bag. My meal was 18$.
This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend, it’s a great Spot for real Jamaican food, restaurant is ran by Jamaicans. I’m only in the area for 2 weeks but if I lived here I would be a visitor nicely decorated, clean good position size. Prices not too bad.

Great Jamaican food, coming from a person with a Jamaican family. The wait time is because they’re in need of a cashier. Winston is juggling cooking and cashing people out. They have a help wanted sign outside for a reliable cashier, but it’s hardly noticeable. Anyway, spread the word and keep this business alive.
This is one of my favorite places to go I used to go to Kenneth's taste buds on Henry Johnson Boulevard but hotspot food is more flavorful and they don't overcook the cabbage my favorite is curry chicken with boiled dumpling and cabbage
Great food. Enjoyed a good plate of Jerk Chicken while I traveled through Albany. Thank you...ill be back. Thanks C for recommending this place.
