This was a great experience I come here once a year and every time I visit Panera their service is good in food. Nothing is overwhelmingly salty but always creamy and temperature wise for consumption! The margarita pizza is a good choice not only is the cheese with fresh mozzarella but the sauce is so tangy. Also it's on a flat bread! So crispy and crunchy. Sorry if I'm making yall's mouth water! Come and try them out!     Vegetarian options: They have salads that have more options than I could think of. A vegan soup looked delicious too.  Dietary restrictions: They give you a option about if you have any restrictions on what you can&#39;t have. Like if you are allergic to something on the menu they will happily take it out.

Normally, I would rate this Panera as a 5 star. However, if I am paying 5 or mor dollars for a 5 oz fruit cup I expect to get what I pay for 5 oz of fruit not including the weight of the cup. I opened my bag and was reading the ingredients, got curious and weighed it. All other aspects were great; hot food, good lemonade, etc. I order regularly from here and hopefully they get their stuff together  Vegetarian options: Need more options, but overall very good.

So I don’t know what it is, but all the employees are incredibly sweet, they are attentive and helpful. The manager is really polite and very sweet as well! I love coming here for a quick snack, or a drink. The bakery items are fresh and delicious. Very nice environment, great food, and quick. I’ve never been at peak hours but the times I have been are usually like I go in, pick up my order, and I’m out the door. I’d recommend this location to anyone really. Love Panera. My first time there it was near closing and my cashier gave me some free cookies. Yay! The pizzas are my go to but the turkey sandwich is really good. I love their chips too! The bear claws are good, the bread is good, and they will slice a whole baguette for you too. My new favorite is the orange scone!

I have baked here on many occasions and I can honestly say this is a very respectful cafe along with great quality food. It is very rare they slip up on an order and would never hesitate to go above and beyond their expectations. I am very proud of this cafe as they work as a team, ran by amazing and polite managers. They truly care for their customers.

Management here is HORRIBLE. Lauren abandons her store and ignores the issues. There are a bunch of children “running” the store who are not qualified. Today there was several items out of stock and unavailable. I have a personal friend who has witnessed these issues with their own eyes as an employee. They felt discriminated against and afraid to bring these issues forward because they were not taken seriously. The food is okay but not worth the management issues. The turnover rate is EXTREMELY high due to people being fired for discriminatory reasons or employees quitting for those same reasons. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It was very fast service. The customer service personnel were friendly. Food was good.  Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp available.

It’s frustrating to walk into a place of business and rarely see someone at the counter. You’re  forced to order through the kiosk - your order through the kiosk is then modified and when you recognize it after getting to work and call back - the service you get is just as invisible and cold as when you walked into the restaurant and interacted with the kiosk.

The new pizza was awful and not like the  picture they were advertising. They did not have all the ingredients but still tried to give me pizza, and I asked for a refundFood: 3/5

Man, Panera Bread was on point today! A friend of mine and I both had a Pick Two deal, both were a sandwich and soup. We also got a cookie and drink each. I would've taken pictures but the food looked so good and we were so hungry that we dived on in! Altogether, the price was about $26, but it was well worth it! Our food was made relatively fast, was correct and hot, and our server was very nice! A definite 5 star experience!

Stopped in before 6:30 pm and placed two orders.  Mediterranean Bowl V Lg Diet Pepsi  Total $17.03  ********* Pick 2 Mediterranean Sandwich V Mediterranean Bowl V Lg Diet Pepsi  Total $21.33  ***********  The kids working sent out all items with no hummus and barely anything else.  So basically we were served two bowls of quinoa with a dash of lettuce and tomato + one bread sandwich with nothing but tomato and dressing for $37.36.  Restaurant was busy enough that they should not be out of food but there appears to be no adults in the building. I want a refund!  I feel for anyone of the many people who have to go and carry out orders lined up here.  I bet they’re all going to be disappointed
