Wanted to try a different noodle spot & saw this one online with some pretty great reviews. I didn’t really understand the concept here until I got to the shop tho. Half their space is for dining while the other half is like a shop. Essentially it’s like a supermarket but for hot pot - you get a shopping cart & pick out the frozen products you would like for your hot pot then check out & get seated. My friend & I were just looking for a bowl of noodle so we went to the front & picked from the options on the screen. I went with the braised beef noodle soup & my friend went with the tomato egg soup w/ thick vermicelli & beef slices. We paid at the counter then got seated. We were given water in single-use cups & utensils. Taste is nothing special - just a classic beef noodle but I do wanna give their hot pot a try next time.
I had such a fun time dining in! I enjoyed ‘shopping’ for my hotpot ingredients. They had a variety of soup bases too and I look forward to trying some more. I had the Tonkotsu base, it was flavourful but I think that it needs a little more kick. Overall, the experience was unique and I would definitely suggest giving this place a try.
we got ramen from hotpot noodle and we were not dissapointed!! The noodle soups were absolutely delicious. Service was super friendly and it’s such a cute little place. Plus, the tables have elements to keep your food nice and hot! 10/10 recommend.Recommended dishesTonkotsu Broth, Ramen
I will say 4 stars or 4.5 if I can. Their drink is overall good and fresh, not too powdery so people can drink it while eating the food! I ordered pho and the milktea from them when they were buy 1 get 1 free on Uber eat. I like the soup in pho, but I don’t really like their noodle and topping Just my opinion!!!, maybe they need to be well done rather than medium rare like in the picture. The noodle was not done enough for me!. Anyway, their soup tasted good, a lot of beef flavour, and I loved that! On Uber eat, the price is a little high if it was not buy 1 get 1 free. Buy 1 get 1 free made it become really sweet deal! Will try the others later on!!! I mean to find a place where u can order both milktea and food is hard!! So definitely will order again when I crave for both and ‍
Visited for the first time last night, very impressed! I had never had hot pot before, the employee was very helpful and friendly, explained how everything worked and made great suggestions on options. I tried the Tonkatsu base and it was excellent. They have extensive options for creating your own sauce as well. Everything was very fresh, and it was a fun experience overall. The gentleman working was so kind, anytime we went to the counter to ask for anything he didn't make us wait, and told us he would bring it to our table. Will definitely be going back!
Got takeout ramen during a buy one get one free promo. Very rich broth, super legit red date tea, and perfectly soft boiled marinated egg. Excellent attention to detail. Great deal with the promo May or may not be a criticism but the packing is ROBUST. Soup came separately from the ramen which is important so it doesn't get soggy, but each came in a rather thicc plastic bowl. I'll be reusing it and eventually recycling, but not everybody will. Maybe some food for thought for the restaurant to encourage customers to reuse/recycle takeout containers!
This was my first Hot Pot experience. The employee was extremely nice and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! Would definitely go back.
We got takeout and it was so good. Lovely ramen, soup and toppings. A+ from me!
As a Ramen lover this was the first place I went to for hot pot and I was extremely happy with this restaurant. The selection of ingredients was phenomenal and exciting and fun and the food tasted great. I was able to get two-full sized hot pots, with many add ins, and leftovers for $30. The selection of fresh ingredients range from meat and vegetables to seafood and sauces, and there are a lot of options depending on how adventurous you are feeling, as well as many standard options. The staff was very helpful and were very willing to help me out to make the perfect hot pot. The take-out options worked very well and I would definitely also consider dining in the restaurant because it is beautiful. I cannot recommend this place more. Edit: Have since visited 3 times! Now that I know what I like it's even better!
Food is great, but the waiters and staff look very bored and sit right in the middle of the place on their phones almost every time I’ve visited which can be kind of a turn off
