Story

Hot Java Cafe - voted best coffee shop in Bremerton - is Kitsap's best choice for expertly crafted coffee and espresso beverages. We've been owned and operated by local Kitsap County women DeeDee and Lacey for several years.

In addition to our great tasting, truly hand-made coffee - using 100% locally roasted Dillanos beans - we also offer a variety of tasty pastries, breakfast sandwiches, Panini's, wraps, soups, house made desserts (gluten free choices too), and non-espresso beverages as well.

Bring a friend with you, and try your skill at a game of cribbage, checkers, or chess on one of our custom made game tables.

Super friendly local coffee shop like the old days. Breakfast was real tasty and coffee is good. Owner is nice and welcoming and the staff is super helpful. Great book store next door too.
Excellent service from a fun coffee shop. Clean and inviting there is a little something for everyone. Large selection of drinks from coffee, beer, and wine. Food menu has several different breakfast/brunch items with fresh baked goods too. Lots of seating and centrally located. Prices were fair. I'll go here anytime I'm in town.
The owner and all of her employees are incredibly good at there jobs. They will make special. The food is all made from scratch and every time I visit it a new and great experience. I highly recommend the Downtown location on 4th street and the new location on kitsap way.

I absolutely love finding local coffee shops and this one is just a great as I would hope. They had a nice variety of food in the menu and they had real honey for sweetening my latte which is my absolute favorite. I will definitely be coming here for my daily coffee while I'm in town!

Love the owner, she's one of those folks that connects with their customers and cares about the quality of good and service she provides both are excellent and the weekend breakfast specials are awesome! Very clean comfortable atmosphere great for a business meeting or just chilling with a friend.

OMG! DD and her staff are so amazing! They treated me so kindly, and educated me on the different coffees they have. Wonderful place, and amazing comrade.
