Horseshoe Bay Park

Horseshoe Bay Park presents a beautiful scenery of mountains, water, bridge, yachts, houseboats, and ferries arriving at or departing from the berth. It’s a wonderful place for photography - a rare background in Vancouver and clear water for reflections.

What a beautiful place to spend some time exploring the area. There are some restaurants and shops in town and boat rentals as well. I could never get tired of the views. Hopefully all of the new construction doesn't take a toll on things.

Small but splendid view. There are several coffee shops such as Starbucks, Tim Horton and Starbucks with the water view. There is a direct ferry departing from Horseshoe Bay and arriving at Nanaimo at different times, every day. The journey takes approximately 1h 30m. Accommodation is so nice and quiet with several walking paths.

Nice little place to hangout. Check out all the docks, they are fun. Good grass to eat/hang out on.

Beautiful location. There are some great restaurants for you to choose from to dine. There's a Starbucks as well.

What a surreal place to just get away from it all and enjoy an order of fish & chips by the water. Beautiful calming view of tree covered hills, water and the BC Ferries as they come and go from the port.

Lovely spot to grab a coffee while waiting for a ferry or just to take time out on a sunny sunday and take in the sights, or relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.
