Horizon Dental Care

Not only did they require a deposit for a weekend appointment, 'because they were a busy office and weekends were a premium', but they also did a filling and destroyed the tooth. Consequentially, i have had to look for a new dentist. The dentist was miserable, no 'bedside' manner. He was abrupt, and they told me i needed 12 fillings. 12! Needless to say, i didn't. I found a better dentist office. I won't be returning. The whole thing was a sham. Don't waste your time.

The Scranton office for my poor daughter was a disaster. They made the appointment for 3:00 for the appointment to be really 4:00 they do this for their convenience not the patients. Then you see the assistance's to the dentist come in like school girls laughing and giggling. Then their demeanor changes to what you get when the person you talk to hates people there job life in general, I'm sure you know what I mean. After the visit we being the parents decided we wanted a second dentist to look at my daughter cause of other reviews. Me being her father I said to my daughter if you don't like them we will get another dentist to do it. My wife went in to get her X-rays and they asked if we were going to have the work done there after the second opinion she said no. Well about an hour later we had a knock on the door it was CYS and they told them lies. They are money grubbing pieces of work and now the CYS person is someone we know and said it was them we have a lawsuit started for this civil injustice. Maybe a class action might be better with all the bad reviews and injury complaints they tried to delete.

This place honstly suck so bad the dr. Steven Krahl was so disrespectful it was not even funny toally all rude people i honestly would not recommend this place at all they are so rude its not even funny.. So not worth the time at all

Do not go here !!! Went there in horrible pain they did nothing for me .. I have bad teeth ever since I had my kids they are getting worse by the day I should feel comfortable enough to ask my dentist about other options like implants or dentures ... SHE the girl dentist they have there said to me as snotty as can be. I'm not pulling your teeth nope and walked out .... I was in tears when I left she told me I need a $2,000 rootcanal or extraction didn't even give me 5 mins of her time !! First off lady who are you to tell me what I can and can't get done ?? It's my mouth not yours ! Doooooo not go here

Upon entering they made you feel warm and taken care of. But upon leaving they were rude and unsympathetic to our needs, and cold. They were mainly concerned with getting paid. My wife had a tooth pulled and was not given any antibiotics. And was told what infection that he didn't get out, that her body would fight it off. ARE THEY INSANE. WHO EVER HEARD OF THAT. Well needless to say we will never return there and instead of referring people not to go there, will spread the word of how insensitive they are and only worried about getting paid. HOW FAKE AND NASTY WAS THE PRACTICE AND RECEPTIONIST!!!!!!! Ya you know who I mean.
