Our Office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommends that your child visit the dentist by his/her 1st birthday. You can make the first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive. Your child should be informed of the visit and told that the dentist and their staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions. The less to-do concerning the visit, the better. It is the best if you refrain from using words around your child that might cause unnecessary fear, such as "Needle", "shot", "pull", "drill" or "hurt". The office makes a practice of using words that convey the same message, but are pleasant and non-frightening to the child If your child is over the age of 3, we ask that you allow them to accompany our staff through the dental experience. We are all highly experienced in helping children overcome anxiety. Separation anxiety in not uncommon in the children, so please try no to be concerned if your child exhibits some negative behavior. This is normal and will soon diminish. Studies and experience have shown that most children over the age of 3 react more positively when permitted to experience the dental visit on their own and in an environment designed for children.

Absolutely would NOT recommend Nancy Willis and her staff. They are condescending and RUDE. If you want a friendly, trusting staff…. DO NOT GO HERE. Even after giving them 2 more chances, nothing changed. Pretty bad when comments are made about how a scared toddler is reacting. Your practice should be ashamed.

Experience was horrible will never take my children there again. No bedside manner and employees think it’s hilarious to make fun or talk about the kids they need to care for. Horrible people plain and simple.

Wonderful experience. I was a little nervous with my younger child and her cooperation at the dentist. They approached her in a caring manner and she did great. My older child said the dentist was fun and asked when can she go back. Thank you to Dr. Willis and her team.

Avoid the chains that only focus on money and no time with the doctor and instead head to Dr Willis, a former Air Force captain where your child will get personal attention and care with the best dentist in the area, most educated, and always striving to be at the cutting edge of Dental care going to pediatric conferences every month in New York, Philadelphia, and further afield Boston and San Diego California

Dentist is rather rude and has a bad bed side manner but still proceeded to take my kids to her. I recently got a letter she was no longer going to see my children as she is terminating her service with us as I cancelled my recent appointments due to positive Covid if her or the nurses bothered to listen. I definitely would recommend finding better care else where!!

This office deserves every star!! I have four children, ages 15 months to 7 years old, and they are all patients of Dr. Willis and her staff.  Dr.  Willis is always professional, honest, willing to offer advice whenever needed, and my kids love her and her staff. I have never had to worry about my children being afraid of going to the dentist!!  Her waiting room is set up perfectly for children with plenty of seating, a TV that usually has PBS kids or Disney Jr, three game pads for the kids to play with, reading material, and it is always clean.  She has fit us in for emergency appointments on two separate occasions with no trouble at all!! I highly recommend this office!! Thank you :

I have been a patient of Dr. Willis since I was 5 years old until now at 19. I have always had a great and positive experience with Dr. Willis and her staff. When I was younger, I was always at ease during my visits because the staff takes extra care to make sure I was always relaxed and comfortable. The staff would play movies, had multiple games available, and always explained what they were doing during treatment. All of my siblings also went to Dr. Willis and we loved our experience. I would highly recommend Dr.Willis and her fabulous staff! An easy 5 stars!

I absolutely recommend this practice. They worked hard to get my son in as a new patient. It was his first dental exam ever and he was nervous. The women here from the staff to Dr. Nancy made him feel so comfortable and walked him through everything. Followed good PPE and social distancing. He had such a good experience! Thank you!!!

I absolutely love the office staff! Dr. Willis is so nice and caring! My daughter has seen only this office since receiving dental care when she was tiny. They helped me so much with information then and still now. My daughter is 10 now and still loves her experiences every single time. They take time and make you feel like they only care about you're child when speaking to you. And her insensitive activities are awsome for the kids!
