Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating And Cooling

Will came to do some work on my plumbing and could not have been any more professional. I had more than one issue for him to inspect and he was straight forward and complete with each of them, offering more than one option as to how to move forward with the repair. I am always skeptical when service people come in, because they usually seem to exaggerate the extent of the repair in hopes of increasing the total, but not in this case. This will be my only plumber from this point forward. the only issue, as some of the other reviews have stated, is that they can be a bit higher priced, but i paid it for peace of mind that the quality of the repair is also higher.

My wife and I have used Hoover Electrical and plumbing 3 different times now and the service has been outstanding each and every time. Blake A. (the installer) arrived when promised. He was very professional and courteous during the time he was here. The installation was completed in less time than what he forecast and when he left nothing was out place or undone. You can really tell just how much of a true pro he is after it was all said and done. Truly a great asset to his company.

Dave and Johnny did an excellent job replacing my broken water heater. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It only took a few hours for them to come to the house, get a new heater, and have it installed. Will defintly be using Hoover for any future needs!

UPDATED: I had a plumbing problem and Hoover was quick to come out and were very friendly. Unfortunately they gave me an incorrect plumbing diagnosis, resulting in wasted time and money. I spoke with Marcus about this problem. He was very understanding and helpful, plus he was able to give me a refund and a credit for next time. I was very impressed with how this was resolved!
