Got dinner for 6 for New Year's Eve! My first time ordering from this restaurant! The food was AMAZING and FRESH! The portions were good enough for everyone to have it for lunch the next day. Will definitely be going back

Good portion size and nice staff. I wish they had XO sauce/Rice noodle dish HK classic staple dish, spring rolls & Singapore noodles. Parking: Good parking and easy access.
Good portions and pretty tasty food. However, I did take one star off because this is the only Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to that will not give free fortune cookies even when you order a few main courses. Charge an extra 10 cents per dish and bring back this simple and customary courtesy.
Was staying the night in the Soo after a long day of driving and was starving. Ordered a combo from here and could barely eat the food as it was so disgusting. The chicken balls were so dry it actually cut the inside of my mouth. I have never had a chicken ball I didn't like... until now!. Everything was overcooked, bland, dry and a complete waste of money. After one bite of everything, I had to throw it all out and go find other food. Would not order from here.
Food is good. Called order in after noon for it to be ready for 5:00 and had to wait another 23 minutes for the order.
They put my order in a paper bag and did not seal one of the lids properly. Got home, lifted bag and the bottom gave out, completely saturated. Spilled every where in the vehicle. Called them to illustrate what happened they returned my call 3 hrs later and said, sorry, it left here fine. I had to clean up the mess in the car and Hong Kong wouldn't even offer to replace the item. Terrible Customer Service. Not ordering from them again.
My family have been faithful patrons of this restaurant since the 90's. On many occasions we have waited an hour plus + for our meal, but It is so worth the wait for fresh hot food. The staff members have always been thorough in explaining the contents of the dishes. This is helpful for many who don't know what they are ordering and are expecting a mall food court or buffet style meal. As with all restaurants in town you have to leave room for error, and I've learned that if you are not satisfied with a dish you received here, the staff is very accommodating to correct the situation to your convenience. In today's trying times I appreciate and give recognition to all food industry workers trying their best to meet high demands. Thank-you for all you do. Oh, and the tree and all the decorations are always uplifting to the spirits
Delicious food, friendly service. I will go back to try more of what they have to offer. Authentic Chinese, can't go wrong if that's what you like.
