I would give zero starts if i could . I went today and this girl julia comes up to me and instead of helping me starts making fun of me !!! Like what ?! The worst customer service ever. Will not ever shop at honey !!!!

Had the best experience at this location only. We had Melanie help us. We actually found a dress for an event. Melanie went up and beyond the normal service of handing us clothes and walking away. Melanie stayed helped with fittings finding the right style right cut She took the time to help us. She knew the clothes and the cuts and styles and what would fit my daughter. Thx you!

I forgot security after I told the black girl working to make sure she said I know my job! I went come with the receipt and item. The security tag still on.

today at honey I had an amazing experience which I will never forget , a very nice girl helped me ,she was very nice and she was very helpful I do not remember her name .she did an amazing job ,She also found my sunglass that I left in the store and she returned it to me and I really appreciate her. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses here and we all had an amazing experience. Our stylist Hyatt was so professional and made the experience exciting and fun. She’s extremely knowledgeable about fashion and her customer service skills are outstanding. Hyatt went the extra mile for us and I highly recommend her expertise to other brides.

Went in to the Honey store at Vaughan Mills this evening. I had already been to the Yorkdale location a few days ago and knew what I wanted. I decided to go in and purchase since I was in the area. Upon entering the store, there were two associates visible to me, both staring at me and neither even acknowledged me. I took a look around to see if I could find what I came for. One associate in particular walked by me and I looked over to ask for help, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away THEN walked right back and did the same thing again! Of course, I immediately left after this, as I didn’t feel welcome at all. My boyfriend was waiting outside and asked why I didn’t purchase the dress. I told him what happened and that I will not be shopping here again.
