H&M

This is the worst H&M i've been to unfortunately. The staff were friendly enough but the selection really wasn't good, they advertise taking SPC and don't (Today was black friday and it was desperate I got clothes for work so I went here) and they didn't even have black friday sales! I got two $20 items and the total came out to over $60. Please let me know how this works.

You can find good deals here sometimes, both for men and women and the staff are friendly, but the change room usually has a line up.

I would like to put 0 stars... based on the experience i had at H&M in promenade mall. I went into the store to buy a belt, only 1 single belt. There were 2 ladies working at the cash registers. One was working with a lady who was making a return the other was an older woman who was obviously a manager. When i approached the register, the manager was called by the other cashier for an override, which is fine. I was the only person in line to pay. The manager looked at me and went to the back, and then came back and went to the check something out across the store. This had me waiting for a total of 12 minutes. Ridiculous! The minute the other customer finished her return and opened up, the manager came back to her register to take another customer. I dont understand why myself buying 1 item, standing in line patiently was given the "oh let her wait" and this blatant diregard for a customer. This is why i hate H&M, you hire all these people who obviously dont care to work. Disappointed.
